Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Times

GYMICH ships products to Canada and the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–12 business days

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


3. Tracking Information

A tracking number is provided for all orders. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package is shipped.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain amount.


5. Returns & Return Shipping

We offer a 30‑day return window from the date you receive your item.

  • Free return shipping is provided for all eligible returns.

  • No restocking fee is charged.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. GYMICH is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada or the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

GYMICH is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once the package is handed to the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

GYMICH is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations
